Repair Policy
If parts are needed for your repair, we will ring first with a quotation before proceeding, unless you have previously given authorisation. Sometimes it is necessary to fit new parts to diagnose a problem, but you are not obliged to accept these if you do not wish to proceed with the repair.

Perhaps some of you saw Fridays Channel 4 News report claiming that millions of Barclaycard users are exposed to fraud because of their contactless technology. I never saw it, but I’ve had customers asking me about it. So I though it would be worth looking into.
